These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website aiaudityourbusiness.com, the related Shopify storefront, and the services offered by AI Audit Your Business (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing the site, submitting a free scan, or purchasing a paid service, you agree to these Terms.

If there is a conflict between these Terms and our Privacy Policy with respect to personal information, the Privacy Policy controls for that subject. Our Refund policy and Shipping policy are incorporated by reference for refunds and delivery.

1. Who we are

AI Audit Your Business provides AI-assisted business assessment and related digital deliverables for small businesses. For questions, email audit@aiaudityourbusiness.com. Include your order number and intake or free-scan reference when contacting us about a purchase. Additional contact details appear on our Contact information policy.

2. Services

We currently offer:

  • Free AI Business Scan — a complimentary questionnaire-based assessment that produces a limited free audit summary. It does not include the full paid deliverables.
  • Complete AI Business Audit ($500, one-time) — a paid, customized assessment for a business that has completed the free scan (or otherwise supplied the required intake information). Deliverables typically include a tailored report, a custom course, and a separate company-specific tips and prompts guide, as described on the product page at the time of purchase.

We may change, pause, or discontinue offerings. Additional products or support options may be offered separately in the future; they are not included in the free scan or the one-time $500 audit unless expressly stated at checkout.

3. Digital delivery and intake matching

Paid deliverables are provided digitally. No physical items are shipped.

After purchasing the Complete AI Business Audit, you must email your order number and free scan / intake reference to audit@aiaudityourbusiness.com so we can match payment to your submission.

Subject to timely receipt of required information and a successful match, deliverables are sent as downloadable PDF email attachments within 2–3 business days after both payment and receipt of the required business information. Weekends and holidays are excluded. If information is missing or unclear, we will tell you what is needed before the delivery window begins. See our Shipping policy for delivery details.

4. Customer responsibilities

You agree that:

  • Information you provide is accurate and complete to the best of your knowledge.
  • You have authority to share the business information you submit (for example, as an owner, officer, or authorized representative).
  • You will not submit passwords, payment card numbers, bank credentials, government ID numbers, health records, or other highly sensitive credentials or regulated personal data that we do not need to perform the service.
  • You will keep your order number and intake reference confidential and use them only as needed to communicate with us.
  • You are responsible for reviewing recommendations before adoption and for complying with applicable laws, contracts, and third-party terms (including tools we may mention).

5. AI-generated content and no professional advice

Portions of our free and paid outputs are produced or assisted by artificial intelligence and then prepared for delivery. Content is provided for general informational and operational planning purposes only.

  • Recommendations are not legal, financial, tax, accounting, medical, or other licensed professional advice.
  • We do not guarantee particular savings, revenue, efficiency gains, rankings, or other business outcomes.
  • You should independently evaluate tools, vendors, prompts, and workflows, and consult qualified professionals where appropriate, before making decisions or changing systems.
  • Outputs depend on the quality and completeness of the information you supply; incomplete or inaccurate inputs may limit usefulness.

6. Intellectual property and license

We and our licensors retain all right, title, and interest in the website, branding, methodologies, templates, and pre-existing materials. Subject to your full payment (for paid services) and these Terms, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to use the deliverables provided to you for your internal business purposes.

You may share deliverables with employees and contractors who need them to implement recommendations for your business, provided they are bound to confidentiality no less protective than these Terms. You may not resell, republish, or redistribute the deliverables as a competing product or public template, or remove proprietary notices, without our prior written consent.

Feedback you send us may be used to improve our services without obligation to you.

7. Confidentiality and privacy

We treat business information you submit for an audit as confidential and use it to provide and improve the services, communicate with you, and as described in our Privacy Policy. We do not sell your intake questionnaire content as a standalone dataset. Please review our Privacy Policy for how personal information is collected, used, and disclosed.

8. Payments

Prices are stated on the storefront in USD unless otherwise noted. Payment is processed through Shopify and the payment methods enabled on our store. You authorize charges for purchases you complete. Taxes may apply as required.

9. Refunds and cancellations

Refunds, cancellations, and corrections are governed by our Refund policy, including the distinction between cancellation before work begins and after work begins, and the reporting window for delivery issues. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.

10. Acceptable use

You may not misuse the site or services, including by attempting unauthorized access, disrupting systems, submitting unlawful or infringing content, scraping beyond ordinary use, or using outputs to violate others’ rights or applicable law.

11. Disclaimers

THE SITE AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT OUTPUTS WILL BE ERROR-FREE, COMPLETE, OR SUITABLE FOR YOUR SPECIFIC SITUATION.

12. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AI AUDIT YOUR BUSINESS AND ITS OWNERS, OPERATORS, AND SERVICE PROVIDERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE SITE, SERVICES, OR DELIVERABLES, WHETHER BASED IN CONTRACT, TORT, OR OTHERWISE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE SERVICES WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR THE SPECIFIC PAID SERVICE GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM (OR, IF YOU ONLY USED THE FREE SCAN, FIFTY U.S. DOLLARS (US $50)).

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those cases, our liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted.

13. Indemnity

You will defend and indemnify us against claims, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your misuse of the services, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of third-party rights, except to the extent caused by our willful misconduct.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory consumer protections of your place of residence apply. Courts located in South Carolina will have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms, subject to those mandatory protections.

15. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the revised Terms on this page and update the “Last updated” date. Continued use of the site or services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms, except where additional consent is required by law.
